ok finally got pics.. nothing special (never got my dream setup of mk5g's and a xone )

Turntables: 2x 1210 MK2's (Technic slipmatts, Numark GT carts , Cambridge interconnects)

Mixer: Stanton SMX501 (Thor interconnects) I think this is the newer edition of the 501. My friend has the blue and silver version and its slightly differenr cosmetically. I actually wanted this version but couldnt find it anywhere so ordered what I thought was going to be the blue and silver version. I got the Black version instead

Headphones: Sony MDRV150 studio monitors (not bad for the money i guess)

Amp/Speakers: Sherwood Amp, TDL Nucleus 2 bookshelves

PC: XP1700@XP2600 (Traktor, Soundforge, Fruityloops)

I think... correct me if i'm wrong but a chillum is a 6" pipe.. with a stopper in it to place your stuff on. Think... Dildo..

That there is a hookah..

Again correct me if i'm wrong, just thought i'd let ya know buddy

Hahah, I never noticed that. It's just the angle of the photo =) Usually he is just looking very angrily at my collection of cologne.

Why do you like the EQ killers so much? What do they do? And what do the filters do, are they just seperate assignable filters that u use in conjunction with your mixer?

the eq killers give my mixer 3 band eq capabilty...each eq killer can handle 2 channels at line or phono level input toggled by a switch

so 2 eq killers give me eq's for 4 channels 2 cd & 2 phono...the rca out of the decks/cd go directly into the unit then out to the channel input of the mixer so u also have eq changes in the headphone.

they also have kill switches for each band....but the greatest thing about these is they have adjustable x-overs...say u set the low at 300 hz.....it will cut everything from 300 and below...or u can pick 100 hz whatever u want same with the top....

u can also do some filter effects with out the resonance

the filter factory is basically the same filter on a xone 92

I totally disagree, that piece of furniture is perfect for that setup, everything fit in there cleanly. On the other hand, that table could use a good sanding and a new stain finish.
