The only real way to ensure such an activity is to buy a chunk of his business and become a partner to make sure he doesn't run off with the idea. Simple reason being that you're not actually bringing much to the table when it comes to negotiation as an employee as technically anything you produce at work for an employer in a lot of cases, cedes your right to that intellectual property produced while you work for the company. In fact it could also be seen that as a good employee, you contribute to the upkeep and improvement of the company that you work for, in recompense, you get paid more and credit for the improvement.

But, for what its worth as an entrepreneur myself (my comparative success varies on peoples personal opinion) a good idea remains a good idea even if it doesn't fit the current circumstances so you should squirrel it away for a time that it does, or adapt it to suit the contemporary situation.

Earlier today I noticed someone left an unopened bottle of beer (Augustiner!!!) in the basket of his bike outside. Now it's dark and I'm gonna go steal it.

Well, thesis statements have to be very specific in terms of what is going to be covered in your paper. So as long as you say something like..."In this paper I will describe the various ways that therapy benefits people with x, x, x, x, types of disabilities.." you should be fine. In fact it can even be more specific than that. A strong thesis statement should tell your reader exactly what they can expect. Write it as if the person reading it is totally new to your field, and therefore has no fucking clue what you're talking about - until after they're done reading your paper, of course.

If you want more help, I've never gotten less than an A on a research paper.

grade inflation is starting to become a real problem.

It's not hard to get an A if you follow the rubric and listen to what your teacher wants.
