Three years in the military, four years in college, a bit of aimless bouncing around in between.

I dunno. Have plans on the Friday night for a friend's bday, so will see how we all feel on Saturday. Plaslaiko was dope in Detroit though.

The last party I went to that Plaslaiko was playing was also in Detroit, and someone got shot and killed right outside the club so the party got shut down and we all had to leave. DETROIT WHAT.

Benedryl. Makes you groggy as fuck but then just ride it. Only shit that works on the really intense allergies.

it was the beginning of a cold, not just sinus/allergies. i got the sore throat now and congested throat. i couldn't kick it before it took control. DED for 5 days

I got pulled over on the highway early Sunday morning for passing a cop in the outside lane in a construction zone.

Cop comes to my window and says "Why did you pass a police officer?!"

To which I replied "Actually, I passed that other guy." (Cause the cop was taking up the inside/passing lane)

So he gets all pissed and says "The speed limit's 80! Strictly enforced! It's double the fine!"

And I said "Well, I couldn't have been going more than 90."

He gets more pissed and says "You're arguing with me!"

And I said "No, I'm not arguing. I know the limit's 80 and I know how fast I was going." Then I apologized, sheepishly.

So the cop kinda throws his hands up and says "Well slow down!!" and let me be on my way.

Then we both drove 130 the whole way home HAHAHA.

On another note, I switched my master schedule at work back in April. I work the exact same type of line but I flipped weekends so my old on days are now my off days, and vice versa. 2 weeks of days, 2 weeks of nights.

Pay day now falls in the middle of my days and nights, whereas before it fell right after either a day rotation was finished, or a night rotation was finished.

What's great about this is my pay is much more evenly distributed now. I get large shift premiums for working nights, as well as evenings and weekends or doing charge, so my pay was always significantly more for that period. Now all that extra money is spread out instead of getting one huge cheque and one shitty cheque.

Not sure how I got there, but my wife and I were stuck in cyberspace (it looked like something of a Tronsphere in case you're wondering, but much brighter) and then some people appeared out of the blue. Among them, someone who looked an awful like John Oliver (apparently that's my default "English" look). Because I'm a fan of John Oliver, I asked his name straight away, but he just looked at me and said "Hi, I'm Jack and... Wait, I know you! Aren't you Lira? How did you find me, you're not supposed to be here! What the? You can't have found me like that, stop stalking me!" and he literally ran away flailing his arms.

I couldn't stop grinning for hours after I woke up

I am much more fiendish than pizza. My mind control game is outta control.

Just made (healthy-ish) enchiladas.

Unfortunately, I set the oven to broil last minute to crust the cheese on top and got distracted by a sound malfunction in the other room.

Didn't totally fuck it up, but I did smoke the place up in more ways than one
