s3000 for sure!

Its like 800 bucks canadian, great deal. Its the cheapest player with 0.02 accuracy.

0.02 at 4%. I spin quite abit and notice that I spin higher than 4% usually. and once you switch to 10% the accuract drops to .1% which is workable, just not the best.

I prolly won't be MIXING full tracks much anyways.. more for sampling and playing around with vocals etc. So yea, seeing as the s1000 has the same pitch setup, thats not really something I am concerned about. More or less the features that each of them has that I would be using or want. And that is where I am at in my decision process

i mean, its wicked people are getting into it, but for that 800 u spent collectively im estimating, you coulda held out half a year and got 2 great tables and a good mixer, maybe a vestax, ull outgrow those 200s in a seconds, and ive had the... experience of playing on that AA cd mixer, its a lil cketch, lots of parts of it dont work perfectly

Glad someone agrees

I need to add a CD deck though, just something middle-range, maybe a used CDJ-100 or an Axis 2. Don't wanna let my CD collection go to waste.

Yeah they are TT200's. My friend has Technics 1200's and the only difference I notice is the pitch adjuster, the torque on the two is about the same, the technics start up a bit quicker, but no majour differences, minus the fact that technics are bulletproof :P

The TT200's even have a feature that lets you play the record backwards, how useful this is, i don't know, but its pretty cool when you play an accapella track backwards :P

American Audio eh? Never heard of em, but I'll check it out!

Thanks and good luck everyone

Yeah...I think the tt200 is equal performance wise as a technics...but not nearly as durable

I still think the technics have more torque though, the record seems to start up faster on those then on tt200's...but for the price of tt200's, its just really hard to beat it.

the motor is better is why it starts faster.

Same man!!!!

Technics are just... Well Technics. There is nothing that even comes close to the pure BLISS of mixing on Tech 12's. NOTHING.

I don't know how people can compare a intermediate deck like the tt200 to the Tech 12. and Yes, I have been on the TT200's, and no matter what arguement you have, they don't compare to Tech's.
