I was thinking and realized that the only thing in the world that pisses me off the most in the world is if someone makes fun of Trance.. I feel like kickin them in the nuts.. Boy or Girl...hehehe.

(this is especially useful for busting out crazy dance moves that coincide with different points in the song - because, of course, you know it inside-out already)
U know ur a TA when you can log onto an FTP site and see 1000's of trance mp3s and not download a single one because you've already listened to them all
U know ur a TA when you go to events and see the same TA's as the last event you went to
U know ur a TA when you can delay a night of crazy, raunchy sex until the morning just because your favourite DJ is in town (heh hope my GF doesn't read this one)
U know ur a TA when you have 100 gigs of hard drive space, 80 gigs of which is trance
U know ur a TA when you walk into a jungle or happy hardcore room at a rave and realize that your body just cannot move in the same way as it does to trance ... so you resort to walking back to the trance room

Not much to add there. Anyway, I've noticed that I try to stuff trance down everybody's throat whether they want it or not. I mean it's nice when people come to you and say 'hey that song you recommended was awesome, do you have any other pointers?' esp. if they haven't listened to electronica before at all. I have made some trance collections for my friends and most of them liked my compilations a lot. I guess I'm some sorta trance messias here lol.
I've also noticed that there's no way I can dance nowadays when some pop tunes are played. They simply don't have that right beat and energy 
Just pose around, flirt with chicks and leave the dance stuff to real parties, aaaight?
I have the OS and the necessary tools to do my work on my hard drive and the rest is ... trance! =)
Its a friday or saturday night and instead of leaving your house any going to ANY parties, trance or not, you sit on your computer and rant here cause its just so much fun. peace.

I knew I was becomming a trance addict when I canceled cable t.v, all my extra services on my phone line (im a poor college kid), just to pay for dsl and more hard drive space. My 56k wasn't cutting it and a third of my 20 gigs was already full of trance!!!

you don't bother turning on the Grammys.
your girlfriend becomes a tranceaddict.

you don't own a long sleeve shirt.
you think Groove (as in the movie) sucked because it wasn't 2 hours of people dancing.
you move to Holland because of musical differences between yourself and your home country.
you don't even know what happy hardcore means.
you hyphenate words such as 'en-trance'.

You simply know your a trancEaddict when you hear it! i mean when you actually hear it... theres listening too music and theres actually hearing it.When friends come round i stick on a cd of my favs for example and i can't stop myself looking at there reaction to see if they actually hear what i hear and you can just tell if they are not!I do it all the time... its an obsession! me and my girlfriend discussed this lastnight and she does the samething lol... i'm so lucky i have a girlfriend that loves trance as much as i do...fuck i rambling anyways you get my point don't ya? i knew you wouldn't let me down

Everyone u know u r a tranceaddict when u have dropped metal out of your life completely (something which I had for the past 8 years of my life) when u used to work at the local 7-11(convenience store) and u play trance all the time at work and people don't like it sometimes but u point out rather than getting in to a big debate over this type of music sir or maam let me ring u up and u sigh once they are out of the store, also the one guy who always pulls into the parking lot with the system turned so loud playing DJ Venom, Tiesto, Fire and Ice, 303 Infinity, Oakie, PvD, and Rabbit in the Moon starts me dancing while sweeping the lot - everyone else looking at me funny - just give me a pair of glowsticks damn

... you've driven for more than 5 hours just to hear a dj spin, and you arrive 12 minutes before he comes on.
... you stop listening to certain tracks the second the radio stations pick it up.
... you bitch incessantly about how the industry is going commercial, and none of your friends understand you because trance is all new to them.
... your parents support your listening habits by allowing you to stay up for all-night massives.
... you strongly believe that Oakie isn't as good as he once was (and you can pinpoint the exact date that it all happened.)
... you write gigantic e-mails about what trance albums and songs to get for anyone who seems remotely interested in trance.

haha, good posts up so far, but heres my share..
- you know your a tranceaddict when: you go into a store and you only buy the clothes that 'feels' good.
- you know your a tranceaddict when you look into your freezer and see all the freezing glowsticks.
- you know your a trance addict when you pass by a empty garage, churchyard, etc, and think of how that would be the PERFECT place for a rave.
- you know your a tranceaddict when you laugh everytime you see the E-entertainment monthly channel icon pop up.
- you know your a tranceaddict when your grandma's humming trance tunes hahaha, (hey, my grandma actually likes trance=P, i love her to death hehe)
