Not really. Those are just morons. The psychiatric disorders are far more severe than people imagine. It's extremely trendy now-a-days to suffer from "depression", "mania" or teenager's favourite term of "psycho", but once you see the people who truly have these disorders, you understand that reality is a bit far off. Narcissistic disorder is a bit more complex than just loving to post pictures of yourself. Many of these people have traits which extend much deeper than the obvious.

Personality disorders are not a diseases per se. It's the type of 'deviant' personality that someone has developed once the personality-genesis is done, usually around 25. There is something called the PAS-test (Personality Assessment Test if I'm not mistaken) which based on a series of questions decided whether or not the person has the disorder or only traits. Usually the score must be higher than 7.

So in the end, it mostly depends on what the person is doing. Guy de Maupassant has a very nice short-story on a psychopath judge btw.
