I agree, but this is the best i can do right now, as it is in livingroom. But in future i hope to build a decent house with my special area

i feel you. had the same problem for years. finaly have a dedicated room for it (eventhough its small). well its a guestroom but thats just a small bed on the backside, which even works nice for acoustic damping. and i can lie down and listen to my loops while thinking of ideas. love it

Regardless, congratulations!

on going.

The only hardware is to get audio in I suppose , preamps / DIs / mics / compressors / guitars / basses / vdrums.

The Nord modulars were for a training course. Other synths were just cheap. I would still argue for ITB as the best way.

Answer my question too bitch.

Posted by Looney4Clooney on Jan-06-2013 21:23:

you asked the same question whew i got the first one a year ago.

Posted by Juan Paulino on Jan-06-2013 22:18:

ITB, out of the box, same difference.

Posted by Looney4Clooney on Jan-06-2013 22:33:

have you ever had to align a tape machine , clean a console, find a ground loop amount a thousand cables.

ITB workflow is not at all the same in any way.

I'm old. My memory is going.

Plus, OTB mixing makes you look more pro.

Then, a couple of hours later I was one and I learned to laugh at myself.

It's quite liberating.

Lmao. My cupboard looks almost exactly the same. I love David's Tea.

Posted by Looney4Clooney on Feb-03-2013 03:41:

you know , i got made fun of by a bunch of pompous socialites. It was my sister who game me 1 little bag for christmas. Then i ordered online way too much. But now i know the place in NYC to get the good shit. Still, i'm a tea rookie. Like i hated the shit just a month ago.

My girlfriend's granny said david's tea is shit. Still. there were ******s in the COR suggesting twinnings for tea. Fuck that.

but right now that glitter and gold is fucking dynamite. And the black tea lemon. Those are my morning teas. THen green tea thru out the day then there is this one called bravissimo which is like a honey flavoured tisane before bed.

And i have a kettle that is all digital and you can move it around and I can program it to like 88 degrees.

But ya, i guess davids tea is like how rookies get into tea and eventually acquire a better taste for it. ANyone that comes to my house tho is forced fed tea. Some tea. . lol.

Those monitors don't even look close to ear level. Oh well, who cares about proper monitoring, anyway? Just turn it up, it will make it sound better.

I briefly owned a DJX. It was a fun toy back in the day, and I got some fun samples out of it. However I came to the conclusion that most of the synth-ish sounds it could do could also be done with my CS1x so I sold it for some spare cash...

A pair of 8030a?

Posted by Looney4Clooney on Feb-06-2013 23:55:

1030s before genelec started doing that lame ass round shit.
