For the ones that like sample sales, I got invites for ideeli, Gilt Groupe, Glamlist and others, let me know if you'd like an invite

One of my fav deal sites... (not limited to just NY but also good for online offers, coupons etc.)

http://www.slickdeals.net

Go into the forums, they have discounts, sale announcements, coupons, codes for $ off online etc. I always check here before ordering from anywhere and usually find % off or at least free shipping codes to save on my orders.

www.drinkdeal.com , it's a directory of all happy hours and deals in food @ bars.

Like life, we all been busy aspiring new goals. This one has been in the works for 2 years now and we're now ready to make a full on push. I'm opening this up to the NY section (also posted in the cor) if any of you all want to get in on this start up clothing line that I'm part of. Feel free to spread the love, show support, or cop some gear.

congrats! By "part of" do you mean you are owner, partner, designer, etc?

Any plans of expanding to retailers?

I would say more of the branding director but since this is a small pop up company, it's more about a collective effort. The styles and designs are war-roomed so I think I'm going to try and keep myself out of that. I know creative brainstorms can be taxing and often change the dynamic so my main focus is to let the creative guys do what they do, and as an analyst, provide them with market research and branding marketshare to a target audience that we feel is open to sporting NY branded apparel.

The retailers list is located at the bottom of the post, featured in cities world wide from Paris, to Tokyo, to Bristol, and domestically.

The photoblogs will be the next step as the prints will probably end up going on canvas or framed for business to business sales. This means discounted city art prints posted up within retail businesses for their interior design.

The womens line is due out soon and we are venturing into couture and functional athletic designs.

Of course we don't want to mention it, but since this community is a bit disconnected from some of our competition, the direction I'm posting here is purely conceptual.
