It's also even more sad that the guy who copied Andy's work is on his msn friends list and andy has helped the guy in the past when he was asked questions about producing..................

Aaron Waters I am the lead owner of Fuzion Four Records and I had no idea this was even remotely close to anything else, from what I could tell from vetting Albert Van Leizer aka Alpha Force he was a legit producer with no history of ripping off tracks, this will be taken care of and I will be willing to talk with Andy to work this out, for those of you who want to blame the label for this, please stop, there are literally millions of dance songs in the market, do you actually expect a label to surf the net to see if a song sounds the same as another? That's like finding a needle in a hay stack, we have not and will not ever intentionally sign something we think has been ripped off from another producer, we condemn those actions and will not tolerate such dishonest, reprehensible behavior. True producers like Andy deserve their art to be protected and for any so called producer to rip him off they should be blacklisted from the industry, it is appalling, however, it is my duty to investigate this issue and get to the bottom of it and make things right. As much as I hate what happened I also hate it when people want to blame a label right off the bat for the misconduct if they were lied to, for you to bad mouth us is to hurt our business and we do not need this.
