Ok, this track is pretty old (~95-97?)

There is a long sample from a movie, where a guy gives this "speech" to a crowd on what sounds like a battlefield.

He says something like "You think God belogs to you? he doesn't (says some more) at the end he says, I will baptise everyone, with fire!" at this point the crowd yells.

I am looking for anything to do with this track, title/artist/label
any help would be appreciated.
