I felt really bad. I thought just walking away at a convenient break in the "conversation" would be better than asking him to repeat every question he asked me because I couldn't understand what he was saying half the time.
Now that I think about it, I remember learning about Broca's and Wernicke's Aphasia in a BCS class my sophomore year. Language & Psycholinguistics I believe. I don't remember what either of them affected though.
Edit: Looks like it's still being offered. Good ol' BCS 152.
