Oddly enough, I was fairly impressed by it. I originally thought it was going to be MEH because we've all had plenty of time with the Wii but the precision and the tech demos I played really won me over.
Move uses the Playstation Eye and the Move controller. If you look closely, you'll notice me brandishing a sword in the TV. I tried all sorts of movements to see just how well it functioned. The input was able to follow everything to a near 1:1 as long as I didn't move at my top speed. Even behind the back stuff.

Up in Surfers Paradise on Sunday that is, just past Sea World.
We took quite a few funny photos of us jumping in the air like in commercials and stuff, as well as artsy/gay photos with the sunset. Good times.

Yeah, I was just reading how it uses the webcam to track it. That's actually fucking cool, seeing the sword pic you just posted. I guess it's kind of expected that it wouldn't keep up with super-fast movements, but I suppose the tech might get better as time goes on.
I drool at the thought of live-ish action Final Fantasy

Gold Coast is so tacky
Coolangatta/Tweed Heads is much nicer, and without as much of the touristy shite. Or a couple of hours north to the Sunshine Coast is nicer again. More hicks though, lol.

I went to see a couple of friends and stayed at ones place just outside Surfers so was an obvious choice. It's a touristy place so good for a weekend. Third time I've been though previous two have been Schoolies and Uni Games so this time was much less trashy.

Lol, Schoolies week on the GC is retarded. Though, to be fair, it's not so much the schoolies that are the problem, it's the older muppets that just rock up to sell drugs/party/fuck schoolgirls and cause shit everywhere.
Of course you'd stay there though, if you have mates there. T'was a long weekend here again, too.
Ever been as far up as the Sunshine Coast though? Maroochydore or Noosa?

I haven't no. I always end up travelling to Europe so don't get around Australia much by choice. Would love to though.

Well shit, if I had the choice of EU or the Sunshine Coast, I think we both know I'd be rocking it out in EU Not much of a comparison, haha.
It's nice though. I grew up in a town called Maleny, which is about 30 mins inland from the coast up there. Gorgeous.
This pic (not mine, I never had a camera back then) is taken from just in front of my old house there, but across the street. The view was the same (but higher) from our back deck. Beside our house was about 50+ acres of rainforest. I miss it heaps, sometimes
