I am so up and down on this track. Almost ditched it and am trying to work it out and it "seems" like there is an improvement. Undecided if I want to keep that kick

This sounds peng mate, I think if could have some more clean sections too without the wall of sound that could give a lovely contrast

Thanks you guys on the feedback. Totally agree, it was a quick work through and I feel better about the track so...guess we will see where it goes

Awllll...I'm really liking this, some serious concept you got here. Ya got everything in key and mixdown is fine, I can't find where system said aboutt the stereo issue but to me I'm loving this..
Heyah, much better than mine that's for sure. You got all the warmth that I need and want. Goob Job Gordan. What I learned the hard way is that for my genre I would pick a kickdrum with the clearest highs and deepest low end which will resulted in my wip, I now look at the big picture before i proceed in choosing which base drum. Will be back...
Working this little chill d&b track in about 20 minutes. Haven't done much but think it has some potential.
Needs some mids for sure and will probably throw in a hook somewhere
This is actually pretty cool WIP man, has some nice underlying melodic story which will be worth it to develop farther - i think you have something really promising on your hands and with some proper mixing and tweaking to EQ you can make this your next release.
Cheers,
Darek

I'm trying to never critique anybody's else work, rather to give some suggestion or directions for I would do with it (if this was my work) - should be taken as complement
Cheers,
Darek

ALWAYS appreciate your input D. I guess I am trying out a new work flow and it seems to be helpful,to me. I have serious ADD,my attention span is very low. So, I get in a groove with a track and get it to a point where I am somewhat satisfied (composition and partial arrangement) and then I stop and move on to doing a new track. After awhile (like currently with me) I end up with like 8 songs. Then I go back and re visit them and decided if I feel the same way about the track. If I do I go into completion mode with a mix. Hopefully I can dwindle down 3-4 solid tracks to distribute to a label for my first submits

If you can finish 4~6 tracks then I can give you some contact for release - I'm currently with AWAL and can't complain at the moment.
Cheers,
Darek
