agreed...but gsp is changing up every fight...for instance we never saw him use the jab as a primary tool from him as against koscheck. He seems to change game plans depending on the fighter.
Also don't forget that George is not a knockout specialist. He can do it but...
Also i think when you are the champ you can dictate the pace and let the opponent come to you. GSP is a counter guy, so he knows in a 5 rounder he can sit back a bit and let his opposition try and press him, creating openings for him.
He knows that if the opposition does not move forward, they can't win the fight. It is so different fighting as a champ than a contender. GSP fights with purpose, not emotion.

Fedor surviving that second round is the single most AMAZING thing I have seen in all my years of watching MMA. No question. I wish they would have kept on fighting. I am more impressed with Fedor in defeat than I am in victory. I am speechless.
Bigfoot Silva is no joke. All the props in the world to him.

I agree. I don't really get the stoppage. Diego Nunes just came back and won the last two rounds to win a decision in a random preliminary bout over Mike Brown at UFC 125 after one of his eyes completely closed midway through the first round. Surely the greatest heavyweight the sport has ever known deserves an opportunity to make an improbable comeback, too.
That said, I was really impressed with Silva. It's too bad he didn't get the chance to win decisively.

I agree with everything Renzo and Arbiter have said.
Please don't retire like this, Fedor. You're our hero.
