i actually was going to start a thread asking about advice on infinities but ill do it here.

looking at two cars right now.both 2006's.an infinity m35x tech package and a g35x sports package.both have about 65,000 miles on them.

i was wondering if anybody owned an infinity/parents own one/frinds own one etc. etc. and thier experience with them on reliability, maitenence etc.

i put a lot of highway miles on my cars due to my job.about 20,000 miles a year or more so i need something that is going to hold up.

im also looking at acura TL's and TSX's

any knowledge anyone has on these vehicles i would greatly apprieciate!

A friend of mine has the G35 coupe. Loves it and it is reliable. Has had to do very little maintenance overall, but takes care of the car anyway.

My brother-in-law formerly had a Q45 back about 10-12 years ago. It ran well, but it was expensive to fix. It got some electrical problem and he said fuck it and got rid of it.

Had a look at the C300 current model the other day and considering it if we get rid of one of the other cars, fairly refined and well mannered.

I have a 2009 Vw GTI 4 door, I love it, does what I need it to do and more. Im looking at hopefully picking up either a mk2 jetta/rabbit as a project car. My next car will hopefully be either a Audi S5 or a BMW m3. Theres like a 10 grand price difference in the two, the bmw being the more expensive one but its deff more sportier than the Audi. Although in the other hand Audi's V8 sounds better than the m3 imo.

So you would by a car just based on exhaust note? Both are great cars but your reasoning is odd.
Test drive them.

You're thinking 300C which is made by americans, not the C300 which is made by zee germanz. I have driven one of the SRT8's with all the MOPAR fruit done to the engine and they are fairly fearsome beasts... just a shame they're also fearsomely ugly, the size of an oil tanker and the rest of the car is 'bleh'

Ya SRT8 I meant.

Well I got rearended last week and they are totaling my car out. I have to buy another. It sucks. I dont even know where to start.
It looks fixable but the cost of repair is more than bluebook.
