you can whine and bitch and moan all about it if you want to. hell, you could even say, "man you're all pussies cause you didn't break my skin". it's a one-shot deal during your ceremony and that's it. you don't lose or gain any respect for your reaction to it. it's not like the bigger and badder your bruises are, the more respect or "badass" you are.
