My big problem is if I take a nap during the day, I have a hard time sleeping at night.

You really have to keep it to 15-20 minutes...*maybe* 30 minutes for a nap to actually be re-energizing.

I enjoy naps when I'm at home being totally lazy on the couch all day - when I can afford to doze in and out of sleep for a few hours.
