yo he was awesome, a lot of energy in his set... a nice change from the current state of dance music...
I really wished I went to see him back in the day at TiL...

Leaving hernan now. Got in and he was playing more of a melodic deep sound and slowly it crept up with more energy. This man has never disappointed me. I would have stayed if not having to wake up in 4h. El maestro is still the man
edit: second room aka main floor was dead and i fore see it will always will be.
feel bad for mathew jonson but el maestro was bomb. got to wake up asap doe.

are there any good local djs/ warm up djs left in toronto ? idk what the point of dropping fast techno to a crowd of 5 ppl accomplishes. i liked the music but i noticed toronto has some of the worst warm ups I've come by, bless dvs1 one, he played a near perfect set. around 5 he was playing some nice deep (yea it was fast). he read the crowd perfectly. what a set he laid down. he was playing a mix of vinyl and digital. it seemed he would play the same to a full room as he would to one person. he's a nice guy too. I'm not the biggest fan of 120 club but i had a bomb time. will def catch dvs1 again
