This Sunday June 6th, Blkmarket Membership continues their 4 year anniversary, this being the 3rd party of the series. We have invited some of our favorite artists to come and join us on this occasion for a daytime party under a tent, SO RAIN YOU SHINE this event will go on, We also will have special summer drinks and food provided by our secret weapon of a chef! BBQ burgers, hotdogs, tacos, mimosas and bloody marys are just some of the special things that will be available at this event!

On the performance schedule for this event, expect some special performances by DJ's Ryan Elliott (Spectral - Berlin) who is now part of Ostgut Ton, the great Craig Richards of Fabric London / Tyrant fame with Lee Burridge, Sammy Dee & Bruno Pronsato's phenomenal live performance as Half Hawaii, and Blkmarket Membership residents Taimur & Fahad. If that is not enough, we would like to announce the special back 2 back set that you have all been patiently waiting to hear about!!! For the first time ever debuting in New York, Craig Richards and Taimur will be playing a special back 2 back set. Their like minded tastes in music over the years will be brought together in a very special closing set that is sure to please! This will be debuting in New York for the first time ever. We are also announcing set times for this event (something which we do not normally do) as we do not want you to miss out on any of the performances that are taking place on such a special occasion.

We would like to thank everyone who has made our 4 year anniversary with Blkmarket Membership residents Taimur & Fahad so far a great success! From the twisted sounds of the opening party on May 28th with dOP live, Marco Carola and Onur Ozer to the sexy sounds of Dixon @ Love this past weekend on June 4th, to the outdoor daytime madness this past sunday June 6th with Ryan Elliott, Sammy Dee & Bruno Pronsato's live Half Hawaii project, Craig Richards, and a special back 2 back debut closing set by Taimur & Craig.

All good things come to and end, and with that being said, this Saturday June 12th our 4 Year Anniversary series finishes with a special closing party with our good friends Italoboyz, Steven Letigre and Blkmarket Membership residents Taimur & Fahad. Lets just say this will not be any ordinary Italoboyz set. They will be playing a special EXTENDED SET for us!! Please note that this event has changed to be a NIGHTTIME party, and NOT a daytime one anymore.

Made Event presents the return of dance music Renaissance man Dave Dresden to Cielo on Friday, June 25th, 2010.

For nearly 20 years, Dave Dresden has had his hands full in all aspects of the dance music industry. Starting as a music journalist and radio host, Dresden was an instrumental figure in introducing some of dance music’s biggest names to American audiences during the 1990’s. Now known as a DJ/Remixer/Producer/Collaborator extraordinaire, Dresden has recently formed his second trailblazing collaborative project. Responsible for some of the biggest and most recognizable club hits of the last decade, Dave Dresden continues to show the passion for music which brought him to the apex of the industry.

In 2001 Dresden partnered with Josh Gabriel and formed the DJ/production duo, Gabriel & Dresden. Shortly after, the duo gained international recognition by way of their remix work on tracks from Tiesto, Way Out West, and Above & Beyond, as well as more pop influenced tracks from Dido and Jewel. During the duo’s time together they amassed 18 #1 positioned singles and remixes on Billboard's Club Play Chart including the worldwide smash "As the Rush Comes". By 2007 the duo was recognized by the IDMA’s as Best U.S DJs, and then again the following year.

As a solo artist, Dresden's exhibited the same determination he possessed during the early stages of his career and has successfully remixed work from a wide spectrum of artists from The Killers, Annie Lennox and Sarah McLachlan to Paul Oakenfold, Madonna, and Radiohead. Now, he has a new collaboration with former Mephisto Odyssey frontman Mikael Johnston. Already releasing several successful remixes for the likes of Lily Allen, BT, and Crystal Method - Dresden & Johnston are now hard at work on their first full length album. Their club smash single “Keep Faith” has been steadily climbing the Beatport charts and they are set to release their latest double A side “The Cove / Redhead” on their own Problem Child Rekords, inspired by Rick O'Berry's moving dolphin conservation documentary - The Cove. In addition, their work with vocal powerhouse Nadia Ali has been generating serious buzz with inclusions on upcoming compilations from Armin van Buuren and Menno de Jong. The duo is also set to unveil a new live show incorporating elements of DJing, remixing, and live instrumentation in support of their new material.

Dyed Soundorom who has been on fire recently, was asked this year to become one of the new Circo-Loco DC-10 residents along with Zip and Seth Troxler. His DJ sets are just very much in demand and we are very happy to our good friend join us for such a special occasion. Also on the lineup we have Guido Schneider who is a very popular name for quite a few years now. Guido runs his own label, Motiv Bank and also his own booking agency called Solid AM. Guido's tracks and remixes have been staples in our record boxes for a very long time. This will be Guido's Blkmarket Membership debut. Enter Petre Inspirescu aka Pedro form A:rpia:r crew Romania. We have been following the Romanians (Raresh, Rhadoo, Pedro) for quite some time now and are very excited to have Petre Inspirescu debut for the first time ever at our party as well. His album 'Intr-o Seara Organica' is absolutely amazing. His partnership with Ricardo Villalobos has stemmed into his album and you can see the influences that Ricaro has on him. If you have not heard it yet, we suggest you get your copy! Petre Inspirescu will be playing exclusive for us here in New York, as this will be his only show stateside in the U.S. If that is not enough, we are giving him a special 4 hour extended set sure to rock your world! Wagon Repair Co-founder and another good friend of ours Konrad Black is back as well. If you remember the last time he played our Freakshow party, you know that this guy brings his 'A' game everytime in his sets. Naveen G & Hoj of Listed Productions are New York based residents and will be playing for Blkmarket Membership for the first time as well.
