Honestly if you don't do both then you are probably a smelly asshole.

Seriously, one-two wipes while seated, then a test wipe after standing up to make sure everything is taken care of.

Sitting down like a normal person. If you stand up all the way your butt cheeks will squish all that poop together like a panini press.
