Two unknown tracks, circa 2002-2005?

Hi I am a new member here, although I have been looking at these forums for over 6 years. I need some help identifying two tracks.

^Bump (after 13 YEARS!!!)

The first one is still a mystery! The Shazam-like services can't identify it online either!

In fact, both tracks are unrecognizable by the robots. Bobby V was able to identify the second one though, wow...

Still gonna give props to the human community for this.
