Yorkshire Pudding is pretty much just light-ish cooked dough. It's savoury, not sweet.
Traditionally, it's supposed to sit below roasting meat in the oven, and catch the drippings to add flavour. I dunno if Ian gets down with the whole traditional thing, being a magnificently fussy eater, so he likely just has it along with meat and gravy from the roast as an accompaniment. |
