cool you are still using that JDXa - how do you find it these days?
nice one on the signings, nice open sound and quite weird in places!
Cheers yes, some work yet to do on my weirdy track lol!
I cant stay away from my JDX, its just so rewarding for me personally. I'd love a Dave Smiths big ole synth too tbh but I have massive stress right now and cash flow issues as I've been heavily investing in my new business - the water feature design and build stuff, totally daunting - who would have thought water has to be finely tuned to stick and flow just right down a stainless steel wall!

ime if you can just stick with a decent synth then you will keep finding new ways of using it and what it's strengths are - I have a dominion one and whilst I have tried to use it as a bass machine I keep finding that it seems to be better at leads and more melodic sounds

I have trashed 3 or 4 latest songs, didn't even post them here even though i'm shameless usually. This one is decent i guess
Speaking of Trashing..lol Here are two tracks I am still contemplating.
Both are mere beginning arrangement, still very raw. Haven't really touched composition stage.
Wondering if I should continue to develop

Yeah First track is bad, sounds to me like some beginner did it, sorry. But second one is pretty, pretty good, sounds almost there, really like the arp and piano, bass is nice, melodies are nice. Genre is not important. It's like two different people made this songs Nice one!

Agree with Richard - Circuit Test is the way to go Phil but I would level appropriately your drums with the rest (melodic elements like arp and piano and bass also a bit) for more sound balance - this has potential if finish right way man, nice one
