So I'm getting a drink and suddenly my brother and his girlfriend enter the house stealthily through the back door. Wtf were they doing in the backyard this late at night? lol.

From what dusty, neglected crevice of memory did my brain drudge up these videogames? I have no idea, but tonight I was thinking about them:

Intoxication is often accompanied by strong nostalgia - especially when the drinker is alone, which frequently means they will be more contemplative.

Plus, video games are fun

I don't usually go that far back, though. Some serious early childhood shit right there.

It's 6 am and I'm unable to sleep because it's too hot to be next to my girlfriend so she got the entire bed so at least one of us could rest.

Two days ago a good friend of mine with whom I spent the entire summer of 2013 partying etc suddenly decided to break all official contact with me. Ever since last October when he got into a serious relationship he became more and more distant to the point where we didn't meet/speak for two months although living in the same city. Last summer we would meet twice a day for coffee/tea and talk about science and other stuff.

What bothers me the most is that he fed me some entirely vague story about how I cannot be trusted due to some event that he misinterpreted completely and had nothing to do with him in the first place. Feels bad.
