I think that cheesy synth line at the end could work with less reverb on it. Its a funky/fun type of track that doesn't take itself too seriously, I like.

Trying my hand at more of a technoish type track. Its in the early stages so I am less concerned about the mixing/structure and more concerned about whether my groove works and the effects are not going overboard.

The snare is almost non existent haha. The groove works. Is that a default phaser in Sylenth on the pad though? I recognize the pattern haha. I like the trippy hats that pan around. I don't really know what to say about it though, this isn't a style I can honestly say I understand that well.

You think THIS is cheese? Hold on to your panties:

This started out as a piss take of Oliver Heldens but I decided to go all out and wrote terrible pop lyrics for it

You're actually quite good at writing terrible pop lyrics

Keep at it, seriously..

Has a decent groove and I really like the panning movements. Perhaps the kick is a little 'hard'. Liking the little vocal snippets.

Could be a commercial track, sorts thing I hear on French radio a lot. Really can imagine the big bangin synths coming in. Notch out some of the nasal in the vocal. Personally I think this track demanbds quite a bit of robot autotune on your vocal.

This is the follow up to my horror tech track, 'clown'. This one is called Number 1 Psycho.

Any feedback so far?
I made a Kraftwerk melody here but imagine I wont be allowed to use it.

Richard, really like the groove and choice of synths on this one.

One of those chord stabs though sounds a bit out of place, its the one without any reverb on it I think. Only other thing that I don't think quite works is the "Watching you" sample, seems like it could be integrated a bit better into the the color of the track. Just my opinion anyway.

The synth pad is Diva, its the builtin phaser tempo synced to 1/2 I believe. Haha, yeah I need to fix the snare.

Nice and catchy, maybe work on bringing the vocals out just a bit in the mix (IMO on headphones). And of course it needs a massive supersaw coming in at some point

Cheers I made alterations and made the drop a lot better so it has a journey right to the end. Altered the mix some. Didn't alter the stab yet.

Not sure about the kik tho. I have 3 kiks on 3 lanes and it's hard to settle on the levels.

PS - this damned dnb track is sooo hard to handle. Trying to level properly as per Dudas says.New drums and bass in here. ANYTHING THE WRONG LEVEL NOW:

Really like the groove of the bassline and melody it is playing. I don't know how well your vocals fit with the track. They are both good independent of one another, but as far as a cohesive whole, I guess I would have to hear the whole track. Two lines that stuck out to me that could use a rewrite as they don't really make sense to me at least in the context of the other lyrics (not that pop lyrics always make sense, but in this case, I think there are plenty of available words which rhyme with your lyrics to choose from and try other things out)

"do you think I'm gonna move right through" don't really know what that means in this context.

"cause I know that we fight the good fight" I can think of another word you could choose to build a line around that would make more sense in this context. You all aren't doing anything noble in the lyrics. They are about having a good time.

Richard, sounding much more "cohesive" and glued together now. The stab without the reverb works for me now more than it did and the vocal samples are integrated much better.

I took Duda's "80%" methodology into account and decided to just wrap this track up without overproducing tiny details, thanks for the feedback everyone!
