thats not true, the loading phase is done so you have a certain amount of creatine in your body at a time for it to work at its full, that amount of creatine slowly gets used, and you need to add more daily.
imagine not doing the loading phase it would take you for ever to get that right amount of creatine in your body, and in return your wasted all the hard on dollars on a product which isnt giving you all that much in return.
