I agree with Stewart, Traktor never crashed on me once since 2012.

Yea, I don't go with ATI anymore, ever since I started sticking with Nvidia I never have graphic issues. Besides battlefield 4, but thats a whole different story, but other than that, everything runs perfect and never have crashes, I mean never since win8. Win7 I did have crashes.

Windows 7 64bit for the win. Windows 8 doesnt seem to have much legacy support. I need to build a new rig :x Running some Q9950 old intel quad.

Windows 8 isn't bad if you use one of the classic shell extensions. In fact its pretty much better in every way.

Hopefully Windows 9 is like that by default.

You know what I would really like in Windows 9?

The same audio subsystem as OSX where you can create "Aggregate" devices and you don't have to lose sound to all other applications when your DAW is open to get good latency.

Seriously, that's the one point where OSX just bends Windows over and has its way with it. In the backdoor. Really hard.
