Ah ok thought it was out on DVD already.

Religulous was hilarious...controversial, but Bill Maher is always that.

SO many good points brought up @ the end.
LOL @ the Puerto Rican pastor guy from Miami named Jesus Miranda who says he's the second coming of Jesus & the sad thing is he has over 10 thousand followers. That interview was embarrassing to watch.

so many brainwashed people, it's truly sad. Bill literally interviews a person from every religion even this Christian guy who is ex-gay married to an ex-lesbian woman & they now have 3 kids...LMFAO.

Anyways I def. recommend this movie, he puts the funniest clips throughout it.

meh.

Honestly I think he is not 1/4 bad as Fidel and I think if he were alive.. he would be mad at what Castro did.

I *think* Che is a much better man. Though I could be wrong.. I wasn't alive and I don't know them.

Guys - go into NY forums and wish Datt a Happy Bday! thanks

Y'all got your shit wrong...
El Che was just as bad if not the ideal behind Castro and his revolution.
He tortured and klled hundreds of people in his little castle that he built in the mountains.
Firing squads were his favorite killing method
Ask any real old timer from Cuba about Che, and they'll tell you
that he wanted to create anarchy at all times while killing
That's the real reason they hunted his ass down, to stop him from getting any further...

Enter Castro

no they wanted to start a revolution and sadly - yes... ppl had to die for it.. but it was only to rid of the shitty govt at the time. It was a war with the government... and they had to do some shady shit to get Batista out. If only he knew how much worse Castro was.

Castro withheld the fact that he was communist for a very very long time. Up until it was too late.

Castro won the hearts of the Cubans.. everyone loved him

castro won the hearts of everyone hence Batista running away from Cuba and him taking over.

I just can't fully think that Che had this in mind.

Che even said bad stuff about the Russian Govt when it was the Cold War. It was Fidel who had to talk to him to calm him down or w.e so he doesn't fuk up their relations

then he went off to bolivia and died there.. but if u guys also saw motorcycle diaries:

Che took a year off from doctorate school to tour latin america and it was when he went to bolivia that he actually saw a different latin america from what he knew and grew up with. (he grew up in a wealthy family in argentina)

i understand the man was tough and in a time of war bad things are done and ppl are killed.. but something in me just doesn't think the Che is on the same level as Fidel.

The revolution was supposed to be a good thing, much better than their current state and Fidel used that to his advantage..

Lastly - haha. Fidel to me.. is and always will be a piece of shit. I just don't think him and Che are the same and my dad is one of the *very* few cubans who doesn't have a problem with Che... maybe that's why my views are more broader than maybe a Marielitos..

He was a very interesting - smart - young man .. great speaker. I am buying Che and Motorcycle Diaries to add to my collection.

500th edit - No matter ur views on the guy.. I just hope u guys can see Che and maybe even Motorcycle Diaries (it has the hot Mexican actor from Amorres Perros and Y Tu Mama Tambien).

They brainwashed cubans in beliving things would be great. LIE.

There way of getting power was a armed revolution, not entirely by the support of people. Thats like if the republicans shot down Obama and the democrat party becuase they think democrats are full of corruption.

And the government being shitty many people know it really wasnt not as bad. Batista was supported by many political parties, and most of communist parties. It was as shitty in the same ways but different but highly comparable to ours.

Che is a figure for wrong reasons, even rapper wearing his shirt and not know the real story of his thoughts and idealism, even Jay Z apologies for wearing his shirt he didnt know

Edit**

I still think you should remove it from you wallpaper before you come to miami you very close to hialeah!!!!

Yeah Fidel actually never told the people he was a communist... so in a way he was the one doing the brainwashing.

They had more support from the Cuban ppl then Batista did. You don't just take down the army that easily.

Your example is wrong because they didn't take him down by killing - Batista ran away like a little pussy.

It would be like how ppl didn't like Bush - they would start a revolution.. fight the army - and win it that way.

I do agree with him being this iconic symbol and ppl not really understanding the whole story - but in a lot of fuking countries this man is highly respected too.

lol - I will not.. he is staying on my phone.. My phone is locked anyways.. gotta unlock it to see him

edit - he's cool to me.. no hard feelings towards him. He did renounce his Cuban Citizenship before he died and I think that speaks alot about him. Fidel was going down the hole and he wanted nothing to do with it. Oh and there is this other guy - Camilo Cienfuegos.. he was one of the original ppl who started the revolution but magically disappeared on a flight one night to Havana. His family says he was against Communism so it is prob Fidel who fuking killed him off . How convenient out of the original 86 - 12 lived to see the revolution happen and of the twelve.. alot died right after - Only the Castro bros are still alive. I don't know exactly how many are alive or dead but all the commanders died right after (camilo and che)
