lately i've been on a real yoghurt kick. eating 2-4 cups of it a day. it's the good stuff, with the active cultures in them. but i'm wondering if i'm eating too much of it cause i haven't pooped in almost two days now. i know too much dairy is a constipator, but the yogurt is the good stuff. i think it might have too much calcium, but i dunno for sure.
