I made chocolate-pomegranate martinis last weekend.
Then I listened to Wham!.
A logical progression, obviously.

I end up just drinking the whiskey I had left.
I have some green chartreuse, too. Might put a dent in that soon.
Chartreuse is possibly the greatest drink ever.
On the rocks or with water, delicious.
Then if you're feeling more adventurous, you can do a gas chamber, which is when you light the Chartreuse then suck the alcoholic gas out of the glass and down the shot. It feels like a punch in the lungs and you're instantly drunk. Used to love doing 3-4 of those in a row as a kid when I wanted to kick-start a night.

NZ wine review... now I'm sober.
It gets a 5 out 10 for taste, 7/10 for turning me into a drooling wreck after one bottle, I reckon todays hangover was at least a 6/10 for just sheer misery alone and my mouth feels like rodents live in it.
At least the sensible one gets back tomorrow and usually puts a stop to these kinds of things.
