I know its early.
And I know that Burke is the guy who builds the team.
But honestly, Ron Wilson's gotta go.
There's no way that a Brian Burke team is 0-6..and already allowed 28 goals!
The Leafs had one of the worst GAA's in the league last yr and will again this yr.
Wilson has done nothing to make them better.
Coaches need to get more outta their players...Wilson does NOTHING positive for the Leafs

You could be right... I haven't seen many positive changes under his coaching.
BTW, how hard is it to get Leaf game feeds in Croatia?

Please get rid of Poni... he is one of the last remaining useless pieces from the Fergusen era. Finger made too many mistakes, and blake decides to take a slap shot with 4 minutes to go that was way off target.
Kessel has a lot on his plate when he makes his debut.

Ponikarovsky is pretty much worthless.
While we're at it, lets ditch Grabovski, too. He's following the same trend as Poni, except with a bit more speed.
Finger is getting 4 mil (or something) to wedge his fist up his ass.
God, our team sucks.

you can't win when you take some many useless penalties 190 feet from your own goal.
They are not getting quality shots on net. At least on Saturday they started off strong and were going to the net....by the third period they completely forgot how to play.
They are worse defensively which is where they were suppose to get better. Either Wilson can't get through to them or he is implementing the wrong system for this team. They don't have any confidence in themselves at this point. Until they get some confidence they won't stand a chance at winning.

Well, its safe to say the leafs have already played themselves out of a playoff spot. If you look at how many points it took to make the playoffs last year the leafs will have to play something ike 18 games over .500 from this point on. Does anyone think they can play 18 games over .500?

I have digital cable here, and one of the channels is ESPN America which plays nothing but N. American sports 24/7
with shows like PTI and Around the Horn as well.
And they're big time on hockey.
Every Saturday night they do the direct live feed of the Hockey Night in Canada double-header.
I never stay up to watch it..but every Sunday they replay the double-header with the full CBC intermissions as well - Coach's Corner etc.
So i get all the hockey i could ask for!

No matter who we acquire we still play the same style of hockey as we have been the last 10 years. We can bring the puck pass the blue line without dumping and chasing... We can't score any pretty goals, its all shoot, jam, jam it in. There is absolutely no finesse in our scoring, our penalties are costing us games... We have no goal scoresers that can get us past 4 goals a game. The only time we smoke a team 5-1 is when our oppenent plays a bad game.
I'm sick of this team yet I still watch them play. I'm so frustrated every game iand I don't believe we'll be 18 games over .500 this year. 100 points is a long shot.
