weak on communication. weak on customer service. particularly to those who bought tickets and made plans to a later canceled event. call me silly, but i believe we're entitled to a better heads up than that.

The people that bought Sasha tickets last time were already refunded.

i am aware - i was refunded.

between promoters/club mgmt/sasha's communication people/the ticketing outlet we should be provided with reliable information on a new booking following the canceled event
