Years ago my friend and I were driving in her neighbourhood. We stopped at a red light and at the corner was this bleached blonde, hair all a mess, dirt all over her face and clothes, scratched an bleeding knees crack head. No, I have not.
What makes me laugh the most is the people that are obviously going to buy drugs from these transients (honestly half of them look like kids who ran away from home, the transients that is), they park horribly illegally and speed in and out of the corner by my house...
