Really interesting. They were great and right at their peak. Definitely not a casual drinker's wine. Still not my favorite, but I probably had over-inflated hopes, due to the amount of work it took to track some down.
On a much more reasonable note, somebody brought a recent (think it was '07 or '09) Smith & Hook cab that was really impressive for the price. Highly recommended.

Straight cab? That's usually a bit full-on for my tastes. Though if it's good, I bet I'd be ok with it.

The S&H, yes. Closer to a fuller Pinot, IMO. Definitely impressive for 20 bucks or so.
