Yeah. I usually change her diaper just before I feed her in the middle of the night, but with her developing awareness it's taking her a lot longer to fall asleep after, so I stopped doing it unless she shits.
On the weekend I got up to feed her and was sure I smelled poop, but she needed the sleep so I just left it, and in the morning shit was all up her back and pouring out the sides of her diaper.
