Here's something Ive been working on last couple of days. It's only a little clip, I'm not too bothered about the track it self, I'm after feedback on the mix and how does it sound overall. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

That's actually pretty good already. Mix is tight and sound selection is spot on.

The only slight crit I can come up with is that it's all a bit mono, I'd like to hear more of the percussion and synth parts filling up the stereo field a bit more.

Edit - Listening again it's probably just the percussion and that main lead. The main lead may be just a case of putting some wide delay on it to smash it out a bit.

Cheers for the response.

Yeah I thought that myself about the lead and I had tried earlier but I couldn't get it to sit right. Will play about with it some more at the weekend.

Thanks again

Just when I thought you might be a white rocker you hit us with this badboy. Nice and very vibey. Would be great in da club. Loving that clap.

Here's my latest WIP, any thoughts people. The chorus comes in first. Need to add vocals to the verse.

Aye it's not your usual stuff. The vox works rather well with the track and it's very catchy! Good mix as per from you.

Sounds good andy - my only minor niggle would be the clap is a bit 2008 standard. Something a bit more crunchy and unique would give it an edge imo.

Good track Jesse.

Richard I can see your dnb tracks having a wide appeal, especially since you incorporate vocals. I like the piano melodies you include in them as well.

Lots of nice tracks posted lately here. This is something I come back to every few months, its a pile of shit mix wise but eventually I will make this work, see you in 5 years it might be ready by then.

Cheers, I need some experts here to tell me how to eq those vocals better. Have re-recorded them a few times, quite happy to re - do them again before I put the rest of the vocals in. If no good then I have a local singer I think will do them.
Track is only a wip - lots to do yet.

Awesome sounds, very evocative. Possibly could use cleaner drums so they cut through a bit more neatly to act as a foil against the synths which are nicely fulsome and distorted?

Get that bitch finished

Not even remotely close to the quality of your normal style.

Are you attempting a more tarnceh thing?

Mix is very nice, melody-wise its correct but not ground breaking.

Really like this. The groove is perfect and it seems every little detail has found it's place. Great.

Some good ideas in there. Can be good if you get it right. The part at the end would be a new track in my opinion.
