I'm contemplating just walking up stairs to the main office tomorrow and asking them face to face. The building is right down the block from my job.

I wonder if they even know. I'm guessing tomorrow might be a big day liquor license wise and why they have a "private party" scheduled for tomorrow. If we don't hear noise by tomorrow I'm guessing this weekend will be scrapped.

They already have the liquor license, apparently the problem was (is?) the cabaret license.
