I don't use vinyl that much anymore but all the CDJs get used quite a lot (and I'm sure they'd all continue to if I added a CDJ1000 to the setup), occasionally it's useful to have a 4th source at the same time... not necessarily for layering 4 tracks together, but if you've got a loop running on one deck over the top of 2 others you can instantly swap it in for another loop on a 4th source (or bring another one in soon after), so you only actually have 2 or 3 things playing at once but need 3 or 4 sources for it.

It is bent but no more than it's supposed to be must just be the angle of the pic.

Nice setup kinetic energy! I'm selling my empath at the moment to get the djm 800 as I'm buying 2 cdj1000 mk3's shortly & have currently got 2 mk5g's.

In one hand I want to sell the empath but in the other I don't because it's such a good strong versatile simple mixer. I'm only selling it because i want 4 channels & I've heard it works really well with the cdj1000's. Hmmm...

Good to see also you've got the meaty mackie hr824's. I've got the hr624's & the hrs120 sub & the sound is unreal !!

oh nice, I'm thinking of getting that hrs120 myself real soon...I'm just starting production work I really love the empath, and I can't see myself parting with it, but that 800 is a real nice mixer.

Picked up some monitors today on open box special at Guitar Center.

KRK Rokit 6SE

Still had to rearrange the setup to make room for these monitors.
