Yea we will see if anything changes because he might hold off selling it until the new ones come out late next year. Plus I don't really want to drive it from California

Something like this (in diesel, and cheap)

My father had one of these back in 1989 or something...The rest of the family hated it. We hoped it died one day after he was following an 18 wheeler around an industrial estate which then decided to back over the front of the car before my father could engage reverse. Alas, no.

the Harman Kardon stereo in those is the ridiculous one with pop up tweeters, owner was a douche so i didnt want to change his EQ but he clearly had no ear, sounded like he made it sound *worse* than default setting

The B&O system is fantastic. My father's current A8 has it and it's worth every penny. Am glad to hear Mercedes are teaming up with B&O for the 2011 S Class so when my S600 comes up for replacement I'm going to get a proper in car stereo for once! Huzzah!

The grill looks terrible in that picture!

Would anyone suggest getting the 535/550 with AWD? Although I would probably end up getting it if I take the 550, I can't make up my mind on it

edit:

and I hope this is fixed by the end of the year

Currently I've got 3 cars:

Daily (but in hospital now for oil leakage and running warm at hard use):

Toycar/mockup-rallycar:

Also own a civic , initially for trading purpose but as the daily is a bit ill it is functioning as transportation for the last couple of weeks (actually has a good fuel economy, which is nice with 600 miles/week). No pictures (not interesting enough).

Next daily could be anything but I'd love a Porsche Boxster . Also like to have an early model evo at some point but the fuel consumption of those cars are 'ambituous' with my driving style and mileage (approx. 30k miles/year).
