Exactly. A turbo, on the other hand, is better for fuel economy if you "stay out of boost" (keep the rpms low enough so the turbo doesn't kick in), and isn't as hard on the engine as a supercharger.
Turbo lag, despite technically being a performance negative, can be a lot of fun, though.
