Hello! Friday 238 - baby it's (already) cold outside

Going to a Trance party tonight - Aly & Fila + Markus Schulz + Ruben + Estiva. Hoping it'll be good... or at the very least, not bad. lol

What say you?

I switched my summer tires for winter tires of my Mini. With temperatures dropping to the freezing point at night I'm ready for winter now, as I already noticed some spinning in the morning.

Tomorrow morning it will be cold with the boys. We won all matches till now so it's looking good for the team.
Orange has to play against Northern Ireland tomorrow, on Sunday evening F1 in Brazil and in the afternoon we are going for a walk with cousins of my dads side of the family. Not all could make it and many kids have to study for exams, but we will still be with a group of 16.

By the way, a typical Friday at work today, my colleague found some great German music, so enjoy it:

It's definitely not cold outside. 28C at 8:30am, it's going to be a hot one, and half the state is currently on fire.

Not really up to much this weekend. Going to watch the next episode of The Mandalorian, and finish the book I'm reading.

A friend I haven’t seen in years, messaged me saying he has an extra ticket for floorplan boiler room. Pretty excited, but now contemplating if I should become a meme

I reckon so. Floorplan in a church is hard to say no to. Doing something dumb over live broadcast is also a possibility

I want no part of broadcasted raving. But it's my husband's company Christmas party that night anyway.

fucking chores. i was stoked to buy such a big place but now im just FML. antagonising the cunt of a dog over the back fence is fun though.

nah, maybe i'll do the remaining chores tomorrow and fit in more time playing red dead redemption 2. that sounds like a much better idea.

sweet, didn't realise it would have another episode so soon. will it be a regular saturday release now do you know?

what did you think of the first ep? it doesnt seem the series will be as nasty as you know i crave but they seem to be moving in that direction as much as disney wil let them. i like that they've already established the underlying narrative that will (presumably) underpin the first season. i was worried it'd be all monster-of-the-week for too long which would shit me. love that his armour looks a lot more sturdy than boba fett's plastic ensemble. overall im at about a 6-7/10 so far. certainly it's better than the new films.

eta- though the 30 minute format has to fuck off. ep2 isn't even 28 mins.

This is the roll-out for season 1.

I'm quite liking it. The first episode was good. The second... not quite as good, but pretty intriguing as far as the overall story is likely to go.

Completely agree with you about the 30 minute episode length, it's way too short. I was bitching about this in a Facebook group this morning, lol.

It's been bloody cold here for about six weeks now. Autumn is usually my favourite season, but this one has been dogshit. I've spent most of the last week draught-proofing this house.

Kompakt Records party tonight.
