I really just don't like any sweetness in an alcoholic drink, especially beer.
I'm kind of weird in this respect. As a general rule, I don't like sweet things at all, but I actually love some malty flavour in my beer. It's like a nice offset or something.

I don't really like sweet things in anything that isn't traditionally meant to be sweet. I hate fruit in salad, I don't like any kind of fruit in any drink (as long as you're not counting lemon rind), I hate sweetened ice tea. I guess I don't really like sweet things in general, as I never order dessert, couldn't care less about ice cream, and think chocolate is gross.

It depends. Really rich cheese cake is okay because it's not as sweet. That's one of my few exceptions when it comes to dessert. That and carrot cake (but no raisins and only very light frosting).

Exactly the same here. Same with cheesecakes as well, I like them because they aren't so sweet.
No idea what it is with me and malt though.

What I been drinking lately. The buzz has a moderate heaviness to it, in fact I only drink it after I get off of work. It would not be a good beer to have at parties, it will make you lazy.
It's pretty much on the darker side of things, so people who hate dark beer won't like this one. But I find this goes down a little more smoothly and not as mocha tasting as the Guiness Draughts or Stouts. There is still some sweet coffee taste, but it tastes subdued to me. Then again I have a pretty open palette when it comes to beer. I can do sweet, malts, and even some lime on Mexican beer. Just can't do light beer.

Not really a fan of stouts in general. I've tried to get into them in the past, but it never happened for me.
