I really have no idea on the point and shoot market anymore (been like 2+ years since I bought one) but you might want to look into buying a used DSLR, like a Canon Rebel or a lower end Nikon (go Canon ).
Usually they come with a kit lens and you can upgrade from there. If your priority is low light/macro/quality you are not going to find it in a point and shoot, at least all three of those. Even the crappiest DSLR from Canon or Nikon will beat out a point and shoot.
