Who's pissed on your chips? Where did I say does my melody sound good?

I'm more than sure I asked about that but your retarded answer contains no fucking help at all, and there's me thinking this is a thread for posting wips and asking for feedback.

Actually like your base melody so far as has good/nice drive and energy in it but I would definitely rethink sound and melody of this pluck which you use at 0:28 -> doesn't do justice for what you develop so far.
Cheers,

@andy28 - for me its like a lot of this style of stuff, just too muddy cos of that supersaw, the squarish melody is ok if a little cheezy - the bass is nice, reminds me of gouryella
id try to dry up that supersaw lead a bit in order to clean up the mix - remember if everything is wide then nothing is wide

Is implicit. If the melody wasn't an issue, you wouldn't ask if it is worth continuing.
Anyway, regarding the mix, there is too much energy concentrated in the center. The track appears to be locked in a box. You could use reverb better to open the doors of the stereo field. Bear in mind that leads, pads etc. carry mainly mid-high frequencies, which could take away definition from the kick and the bassline.
Also, did you by any chance low-passed, even if slightly the kick/bass?

Dig the vibe fully! The transition points around 45-55..love it.
Then from the low pass to the hook...really dig this man.
Arrangement is spot on.
Production sounds great imo. The hook around the 3:00 mark could use a tad bit of eq'ing? Seems a little flat for such an open groove. Almost as if it is more accompanying to the bass than a higher frequency's I associate with a hook.
Overall - Nice freakin work man, sounds awesome!

Here is a attempt to a deep groove
mixed live, the effort is in the little things, bouncing around in the back-end, you either find it utterly boring, or a 13min trip.
You can download to listen in HQ
curious whether the vibe gells or not.

Yeah I tried a few different things with the saws to get them to try and sit right I know what you mean I just don't want them too much in your face, will try and improve that. As for the the squares I'll probably try and do something with the sound and notes.. Thanks

The two of you have done a good job, well done.. I'm also not overly keen on the lead but it's not that bad. Everything else works well good sound design and mix although some synths do sound a bit thin and too clean. Keep at it!
