I was only overweight once, and only by about 10 pounds. But goddamn it was uncomfortable. I dunno how really overweight people do it. Pure misery.

I can put on weight - the most I've ever weighed is about 165 lbs - but 135-140 seems to be my natural weight.

Thanks, I feel a heap better for it. I'm 188cm or 6'2" so I wore the weight "ok" but man, the difference in how my face looks No more chub-a-lub cheeks, lol.

It actually took a couple months to get that way and I didn't even notice because I judge my weight by how my clothes fit. I realize 10 pounds really isn't much, but for someone who doesn't have a weight problem or yo yo diet or whatever, it was significant.

Other than that period, my weight and size hasn't changed in 15-20 years.

I started stacking it on when I hit around 30. That's some bullshit right there
