I feel the same way but in reverse. The part of the mask that opens up around Bale's mouth looks silly to me and his voice is absolutely hysterical (although that is not an aesthetic issue), among some other things. The only "issue" I would have to agree with others about in regards to when Keaton was in costume was the fact that he couldn't turn his neck but it doesn't really bother me at all and really never did until others actually pointed it out. After Batman Returns, I think the Batman costumes and movies in general were definitely cheesy.
The last two Nolan movies have been entertaining enough for me to like them, though, not to mention his interpretation of the villains are really good. I'm looking forward to Bane. Knightfall was a very good story and I'm curious to see how much, if anything, he uses from that story line for this movie.
