am i seeing things or did you take off the back part of the m-audio keystation on your desk?
Haha. I did. And the front, too. Snapped it right off to make for more seeing space. How it's setup now, it was un-necesary, but whatever. It's a $100 controller that I've had for five years.
a bit's changed in my room, so here's some new snaps! w00t..

hey,
I have some questions to alonzo. Maybe you wrote it before but I haven't read all pages (lol:P).
How are your speakers called? Are they good? They looks like big bombs
Where did you buy your monitor stands? I want to buy for myself becouse I have big speakers too (not big as yours) and i need massive ones. How are they called?

Another minor update thanks to DJ RANN who suggested putting the two racks under my LCDs. Nice. The screens are a little high, but I still like this a lot better than having the instruments on top of my speaker monitors.
Unfortunately, my picture isn't as awesome as Cryo's.... but my Nikon digicam also only cost $100. I believe Cryo's said that he now has *two* expensive hobbies.
That's my cat Oreo taking a rest on the Andromeda. Cat-dromeda?

I'm not in the second-hand market ATM, anyway. The Andy is definitely not going anywhere, the only gear that I may sell is the Waldorf Q and Pulse... but that's *very* preliminary. Most likely they won't, but a Virus C in place of the Q and Pulse is a little tempting.... just a little.
In response to the person who asked about the monitors, they're Focal Twin 6s and they're awesome. I hope their sound quality never degrades on me because I see absolutely no reason to ever upgrade.
Also, the neck-strain caused by having my LCDs so high was a bit much.. so now I have my Pulse, TX802, and ATC-1 on the right side of an LCD, on the top shelf, with the 2nd LCD on the bottom desktop towards the edge... I'll post a pic eventually but I know there was someone asking about neck-strain. The answer is that it did cause neck strain but *only* when the LCDs were mounted on-top of the ATC-1 and TX802.. when they're on top of the wooden shelf, there's no problem.
There some expensive monitors damm when i seen that the price was for one. they wouldnt want to degrade in sound for that much".

Wow, you are one fickle dude! Just last week, weren't you raving about the Pulse and bashing the Virus?!
