And if you can't find one hour per day all the time to do something that you really have to do, or you really want to do, then your life is way too busy for your own good anyways.

Plus there are a lot of exercises that you can do without full gym set up. (like infinite amount of push ups)

I agree.. plus he's been working out consistently for years now.. I'm sure it doesn't take all that much out of the daily routine to 'maintain' it.
