And I know alot of you were pleased there is no cliffhanger. But besides HOW Walt executed the plan, it was all pretty predictable no? I was actually kinda disappointed in the finale. Not because of how it ended as much as it was not as complex and intricate as the previous episodes.
I dunno, I guess i just expected a bit more, perhaps I was just spoiled from other seasons and always expect each episode to top the other ones.
exactly how i felt, nice finale but way too predictable imo..

Also, did anyone else thing Gus's blue plaid/tartan suit was fuckin pimp?! I want one!
And the music was pretty good as well, when Gus is sitting in the car and then walking into the nursing home. So epic and fitting, I replayed it a couple times just to listen. Turns out it was this...
And how bad ass was Guy straightening his tie afterwards...
jesus christ, stop reading my mind, i was like who the hell made this track but didn't bother looking further into it, nice find.

Show is amazing... agreed. Finale was great, just like any other episode I've watched since the beginning.

What happens now though? What does Mike do when he comes back? Is Jesse, Walt and Saul in the clear? What happens when the Meth deliveries don't happen? Does Walt and Jesse get money that is owed to them and how? Does Hank stop investigating once the Meth trade/traffic comes to a halt?
Season premier better be off the chain with something crazy! I almost feel that they ended this season with the safety net that IF something happened with AMC, the actors, the writers/producers... that they could just end it and not do the finale season(s).
It wasn't the greatest finale in the show's history but it was damned cool IMO. Also you wanted more but you still have questions as to what's happening next season, I say that qualifies as a satisfactory episode. Ties up some loose ends but at the same time keeps you wanting more in terms of the final season of the show.

Not a bad finale but I was kinda hoping that Walter and Gus would come face to face once more before he died. Oh well.

Well there is definitely going to be a meth hole to fill, so hopefully Walt and Jesse (with the help of Mike and Saul) can get things going again. Then maybe it will be them vs the DEA?
Personally, I was glad there wasn't a cliffhanger ending. I think it shows a lot of respect to the audience to not need one to hold people across the seasons. I'd say sort of wrapping it up this way hows how much they trust their fan's loyalty.

That's what we don't know... it's speculation. We never saw him do it, only Jesse thought he did, and theoretically to get Jesse to help kill Gus, Walt had motive to give him hate. Also then the gun spinning on to the plant, and then the plant being revealed in finale and the end scene a close up of the plant.

yehyeh i know all that. i just thought i might've missed something in that last episode.
cuz the only time he saw the kid was when he came to jesse's. so yeh. guess he had to seek them out after his gun spinning.
