It's quite easy to change the profile, but this is if you need to do it periodically during the day. I usually have 2 meetings per day, plus countless one-on-ones. Helps a lot where I just take the phone out of the pocket and place it out of holster on the desk, as opposed to, unlocking, clicking profile icon, selecting silent, then after the meeting not forgetting to set the profile back to normal.
